The Salted Pig - Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong

Exploring the different restaurants in the app Eatigo.  They have so many restaurants in the Tsim Sha Tsui area.

This time we went to The Salted Pig.  They have 3 different locations.  Tsim Sha Tsui is the most convenient for me.  We ordered a platter of pork goodies.  Pork is usually very greasy, but we totally didn't feel that way with the platter of pork belly and other pork part.  Love how the platter offer us a little bit of everything. 

Brussels sprout is a little too moist.  I like my Brussels sprout dry and crunchy on the outside and moist on the inside.  Nonetheless, it was still delicious.

A platter of 3 different burgers. Pulled pork, pork belly and the last one I can't remember.  Very juicy and tender.  Although it's may sound like chunks of fat, but it doesn't feel heavy and greasy at all.
